Every locked decision in your account lives in one room. Newest first. Each one carries the call and the reasons. A call locked from a conversation also keeps the objection that was overruled, the questions left open, and the date it comes back.

A disagreement does not get tidied into agreement after the fact. The dissent is kept with the call, forever, because the objection you overruled is the first thing you will want to reread.
A question nobody closed stays in the record as open. An answer reached later is locked as a smaller call inside the first. An unknown is drawn as unknown, never as empty.
This is the difference between an answer and a decision. An answer only has to sound right today. A decision has to hold up in front of the person who asks why, a year from now, with money already spent. The record is how it holds up.

Four ways a call can end
Settle a call as Held, Wrong, Changed or Deprecated. Wrong and Changed record the new call beside the old one, and every version stays readable.
Smaller calls inside a call
A call that refines a larger one is recorded inside it, and the larger call goes on standing.
